Policies

Patrons must be at least 16 years of age for the use of the spa treatments. Hair and nail services are available for patrons under the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult.

For the courtesy of other patrons, we kindly request that cellular devices be turned off in the treatment and nail rooms.

All service prices are subject to change without notification.

Appointments

We encourage our clients to schedule their appointments three to five days in advance to ensure your preferred service, technician, and time available. Appointments made the same day of the service and walk - in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. If more than one service is booked, the appointments must be secured with a credit card and telephone number.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be treated as missed appointments. In order to reschedule a missed appointment you must have a valid credit card on file with our front desk.

You will be charged full price for any subsequent missed appointments.

Please be at least 10 minutes early for your visit. If you are late, your appointment may be abbreviated or cancelled so as to not inconvenience other patrons.
